1. Use of Gift Cards

Devernois London Gift Cards may be redeemed for goods priced at or below the balance or value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards can be used for full or partial payment. If a purchase exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. If any item purchased with a Gift Card is later exchanged for an item of lower value or refunded, any amount owed will be credited back to the original Gift Card used for the purchase.

2. Validity and Restrictions

• Gift Cards can only be used in-store.

• Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.

• Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred for value, or exchanged for cash.

• No cash change will be given for purchases made using a Gift Card.

• Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.

• A Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee card, credit card, or charge card.

3. Returns and Refunds

Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by law.

4. Loss, Theft, and Damage

Devernois London is not responsible for lost, stolen, destroyed, or damaged Gift Cards, or for any unauthorised use. Gift Cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

5. Fraud and Tampering

Devernois London reserves the right to refuse any Gift Card (and request alternative payment) if it appears to have been tampered with, defaced, modified, duplicated, damaged, or is suspected of fraud.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, using, or accepting a Gift Card, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and

conditions. Devernois London may amend these terms without notice and take appropriate action, including cancelling a Gift Card, if deemed necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights. Devernois London is the sole issuer and obligor.

 

7. Priority of Terms

If there is any conflict between these Gift Card Terms and the general Terms of Sale, these Gift

Card Terms shall prevail.

 

8. Usage and Balance

• Gift Cards may be used multiple times until the balance reaches £0.00.

• Any remaining balance will be updated after each transaction.

• Balance enquiries can be made in-store, by email, or by calling 0208 318 5998.

 

9. Ownership and Risk

Risk passes to you upon delivery of the Gift Card by our delivery partners. The Gift Card remains the property of Devernois London and must not be tampered with without consent. If found, please return it to the Devernois London store.

Devernois London makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding Gift Cards, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
